About Me

Jack Cohen is the Managing Partner of Spaces Commercial Real Estate with over 22 years of experience developing real estate strategies for clients in the tri-state area. Prior to founding Spaces, he was a Partner at Skylight Leasing, a Managing Director at Colliers International, and a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. He engineered the repositioning of 636 11th Avenue, which won REBNY’s Henry Hart Rice Award.

Jack is a graduate of Rutgers University and is a member of REBNY, the executive committee of AIPAC, and the Board of Education of his children’s school.
