Eli Someck began his New York real estate career in 2006 and has since helped over 300 companies find office space in Manhattan. As a small business owner himself, he leverages his extensive market knowledge and work ethic to match tenants with ideal spaces and responsive landlords.

Eli has been instrumental in the repositioning of buildings such as 13 West 36th Street and 150 West 22nd Street. He was recognized as one of the Commercial Observer’s “30 under 30” in 2013 and is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
