Michael Beyda is the Principal and founder of Benchmark Properties. For over 13 years, he has advised clients on a variety of real estate projects, formulating and executing strategies to ensure the workplace serves their larger goals. His notable transactions include deals for ES Originals, Authentic Brands Group, and Actimize.

Outside of his professional role, Michael is an active board member of the Brooklyn-based not-for-profit Sephardic Bikur Holim.
