Christopher Owles is a Principal of Sinvin with over twenty years of experience in downtown commercial real estate. He represents both landlords and tenants, with a focus on matching creative companies with architecturally significant properties. His notable tenant representations include Away, Chobani, and James Perse. On the landlord side, he was instrumental in the early development of the Meatpacking District, securing tenants like Soho House and Theory.

Owles has been with Sinvin since 1998 and has been an owner since 2009. He is a longstanding member of REBNY and its Retail Committee.
